Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITY (LEGAL MANAGER) 1. Review, vet and draft all agreements/contracts and other legal documents within the group of companies and ensure they are in compliance with all statutory and/or legal requirements. 2. Render legal advice in all legal matters including corporate affairs, conveyancing, litigation, secretarial matters, and dispute resolution for the Group. 3. Review and update on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures. 4. Identify and mitigate potential legal, compliance and business risks. 5. Manage and coordinate with external solicitors and other third parties\' advisors on company\'s legal matters. 6. Prepare standard legal contract templates and precedents for the group. 7. Scrutinize, inspect, and provide guidance in all commercial and legal matters and documents (agreements, letters etc). 8. Manage signing of documents with relevant stakeholders. 9. Implement risk management initiatives, methodologies, and processes. 10. Draft relevant documentations, policies and proposals in relation to risk management 11. Custodian of all legal documents. 12. Any other duties as assigned from time to time. JOB RESPONSIBILITY (ABAC OFFICER) 1. Keep the Management and Board update and inform on the development or changes of the Anti-corruption laws and regulations. 2. Periodical review the adequate procedures in place and remediates any weaknesses. 3. Ensure proper implementation and enforcement of the anti-bribery and corruption framework. 4. Render advice or guidance in relation to anti-corruption matters to all employees of the Group. 5. Manage and coordinate with regulators on ABAC matters & guidelines. 6. Implement risk management initiatives, methodologies, and processes. 7. In charge of ABAC matters and reported any party violation to the management. 8. Incorporate the ABAC to agreements signed with third parties. 9. Any other duties as assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Degree in Law. 2. At least eight (8) years relevant experience. 3. Strong understanding of Business/Market risks and compliance regulations. 4. Experience in reviewing business agreement and due diligence research. 5. Ability to review legal, compliance documents and assess the qualitative/quantitative terms of the business impact. 6. Strong initiative and motivation in working in a fast-paced, flexible, robust environment. 7. Ability to work in a team environment and possess leadership skills. 8. Analytical, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
