JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the Company and related companies\xe2\x80\x99 interests in all legal matters are protected and ensure company business activities adherence to statutory, regulatory and company\xe2\x80\x99s internal policies and procedures.
• Providing professional legal services on conveyancing matters and commercial agreements/contracts/RFP and administer post-contract implementation and other legal related matters.
• To lead in managing contract/legal issue negotiations/discussion with clients/vendor/ regulatory.
• Responsible for legal advice and review, interpretation of all legal documents, and regulations for the management of the companies; not limited to drafting and vetting of legal documents.
• Responsible in monitoring company policies to align with group governance and compliance policies and advising management on possible compliance risks, risk management and mitigation measures
• To monitor litigation files and liaise with external solicitors.
• Participating in initiatives, exercises, projects and schemes undertaken by the Companies and provide legal advisory based on best practices
• To provide legal advice and supports to various departments within the company, affiliates and/or on matters affecting their business administration and operations, corporate and commercial activities.
• Monitor all legal matters affecting the Companies.
• Monitor litigation matters for the Companies and report to management on progress of files and cases.
• To responsible in contract management, to ensure legal documentation from initial to completion stage properly recorded and kept.
• Any ad hoc tasks assign by the management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Laws or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years\' relevant working experience in Data Centers or IT industry.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, ownership, interpersonal, communication and drafting skills.
• Proactive and good team player.
• Self-driven and able to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
