- Review corporate documents and commercial contracts, providing general corporate and companies law advice related to banking and capital markets matters
- Handle corporate lending, debt capital markets, regulatory, and restructuring work
- Work across a variety of banking and capital markets, cross border specialisms
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience (2PQE)
- Strong background in banking and finance law, cross border, debt capital markets
