Responsibilities
- To assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial loans documentations
- Assist in other general tasks/assignments as assigned by the firm.
- Attending meetings with clients, drafting correspondences and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience in drafting/reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial loans contracts
- Diligent, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
