Responsibilities

- To assist in construction and civil litigation matters

- Job responsibilities would include conducting legal research and evidence gathering, attending client meetings, drafting (legal opinions, agreements, cause papers, submissions etc.), advisory work, preparation for hearings and trials etc.;

- To assist in other general tasks/assignments as assigned by the firm.

Requirements

- Lawyers with 1-3 PQE with experience in construction litigation

- Diligent, hardworking, and eager to undertake new responsibilities

- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an added advantage

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
