Responsibilities

- Draft court cause papers, pleadings, and submissions competently.
- Conduct full trial and appeals independently and is well versed in the litigation trial process.
- Prepare and draft legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters within a timeline.
- Prepare work progress and status reports and update superiors and clients.
- Actively participate and contribute to legal research.

Requirements

- 4 to 5 PQE in general litigation practice.
- Able to conduct full trial.
- Diligent, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimum supervision and undertake responsibility.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in other language(s) will be an added advantage.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
