Job Description
Legal associate is a lawyer post which they are required to meet the clients for signing of sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation. Lawyers are the one who explain the content in the agreement and also attend meeting with banks for feedbacks. Lawyer is supposed to be able to interpret the law and advise developer/ client/ bank for conveyancing matter. Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Candidate specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Able to start with short notice and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- Able to draft & research;
- Hardworking, responsible and committed to work
- Possess own transport
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
