Job Purpose: Responsible to assist on effective and efficient management of Legal and Compliance Department. Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Manage Contract Repository Management Systems (CRMS) to ensure all contracts and legal records in SapuraOMV are stored properly. Ensure/reminds all department to register the contracts and legal records in CRMS and handle the queries from users. Prepare periodical reports, records, and minutes of meeting. Coordinate the awareness programme for all staffs on legal and compliance subjects (i.e. awareness programme on integrity, corruption, contract, etc.). Assist on the preparation of materials for legal and compliance awareness (i.e. poster, video, booklet, etc.). Assist company secretary in preparation of board meeting/filing of documents. Assist to file and index all secretarial/board documents. Assist to manage and control all legal & compliance documentation. Coordinate/enrol the training/professional membership for legal and compliance department. Providing support to Legal & Compliance department assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Law, Business Administration or closely related education background. Experienced as an administrator or equivalent position. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Ability to quickly learn, understand and contribute to the Legal & Compliance Department. Location: SapuraOMV Office, Tower 2, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Reporting: This position reports to the Head, Legal & Compliance. Closing Date: 10th March 2024
