This may include preparing, reviewing and negotiating SaaS services agreements, marketing agreement, procurement agreement, generic collaborations and other types of contracts.
- Assisting with contract management, including organizing and maintaining contract files, tracking contract deadlines, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business development, product, marketing, operations, risk, and finance teams, to ensure that contracts align with company objectives and policies.
- Conducting legal research and providing legal and regulatory advice on various product structuring and contract-related matters, including appropriately instructing external counsel where necessary.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations and providing updates to the legal team and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with LegalTech team to support and implement legal digitization and automation initiatives including the creation of standard form documents, knowledge management
- Some occasional travel to Singapore, China or other locations may be expectedRequirements- 5 to 8 years PQE, whether in private practice or in-house environment
- Strong understanding of contract law, and related legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English for internal communications, document review, research and drafting, and in Chinese (Mandarin) for internal communications.
- Positive attitude, with a genuine hunger to learn.
- Disciplined approach to record keeping and knowledge management.
