Open Position: Legal Counsel (MNC Tech Company)
An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation transactions, and advising various contracts related to corporate issues.
- Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Companys business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the companys legitimate business rights to pursue strategic objectives.
- Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and rules.
- Preferably at least 3 years working experience in legal role.
- Highly organized, meticulous and have excellent critical thinking.
