- Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Support the business in navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage risks and safeguard the companyxefxbfxbds interests.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices, providing proactive guidance to the management team.
- Handle legal aspects of new business ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Any task assigned by management from time to time.Requirements- Minimum 7 years of legal experience. Experience in the oil and gas industry or in a law firm handling oil and gas-related matters will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.
