Provide assistance to Product Management Division and/or other internal stakeholders relevant in Insurance/ Takaful products implementation matters. Provide assistance to all sales channel in respect of their Marketing Materials, Campaign and Promotion for Insurance/Takaful products. Highlight the potential legal issues or areas of concerns to the respective business unit. Justify the recommendation made in accordance with the Financial Services Act 2013, Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 or any applicable other laws and regulations relevant. Highlight the potential legal issues or areas of concerns to the respective business unit. To assist in the overall operational issues pertaining to reinsurance matters (including treaty, facultative, captive arrangements, etc.) Conducting research & providing legal opinion/advice/ drafting. Address legal issues as well as analyze proposals to ensure that all contractual arrangements meet legal requirements. i.e contracts with 3rd parties vendors, service providers arrangements. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Bachelors of Law - LLB (Hons.) Minimum three (3) years\' experience in a legal firm or legal department in any corporate company or government sector/ agency with insurance/ Takaful industry experience Experience or exposure in: Financial Services Act, Islamic Financial Services Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Competition Act, Company Law, Relevant BNM Guidelines and relevant exposure in the insurance/ takaful industry. Someone with a reinsurance experience would be an advantage.
