Job description

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Supervise the meticulous negotiation, drafting, and review of diverse contracts and agreements.
• Guarantee unwavering compliance with company policies and intricate legal requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Discern and evaluate legal and business risks inherent in transactions.
• Devise ingenious strategies to effectively mitigate risks, safeguarding the company\'s invaluable interests.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the seamless alignment of all transactions with the kaleidoscope of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Harmonize collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the expansive AMEA region. Foster seamless relationships with executive leadership, external legal counsel, and business partners, culminating in triumphant transaction outcomes.
• Due Diligence: Spearhead due diligence endeavours for potential transactions. Scrutinize financial documents, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and other pertinent facets with meticulous attention.
• Transactional Leadership: Helm and guide a team of legal professionals through the labyrinth of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, financing, partnerships, and other corporate transactions.

• Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Law, with an experience in contract management and transactions.
• 10+ years experience as corporate lawyer.
• Demonstrate a track record of prowess in contract management and transactional leadership.
• Exhibit a keen comprehension of legal and business risks associated with transactions.
• Showcase exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Illuminate your ability to lead and inspire a team of legal professionals
