Job Description

1. Assist the GM/AGM in all legal matters including but not limited to corporate advisory, litigation, dispute resolution and conveyancing. 2. Assist to reviewing, vet and draft contracts and other documentation assigned - ensuring the Company\'s interests are protected, legal risks are minimized and compliance with all statutory and/or legal requirements. 3. Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws as well as conducting research and keeping abreast of the latest legal and corporate governance development relevant to the Company. 4. Assist in implementing legal strategies, frameworks and policies for the Company and ensuring the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business, processes, activities and operations are carried out in compliance with the policies and legal requirements. 5. Monitor changes in the relevant legislation and the regulators and the regulatory environment and take appropriate actions. 6. Assist in regularly updating the status of legal proceedings and disputes between the Company with any third party, as well as to ensure that the proceedings as advised by the external solicitors is the best way forward and shall protect the best interest and rights of the Company. 7. Manage and coordinate with external solicitors and other third-party advisors on the Company\xe2\x80\x99s legal matters including supervising litigation matters.
