\xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting and reviewing of documents and contracts for all the company Franchise Agreements (both Malaysia and Singapore office) \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with and maintaining good rapport with internal customers and management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with external lawyers on all legal matters including but not limited to litigation, intellectual property rights, trade marks, conveyancing / property, corporate, contract and compliance matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying compliance issues for Franchise Act etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generally assisting in attending to legal issues that may arise from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate and work with external parties and internal stakeholders on file assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling, tabulation and follow up on all datelines for renewals, notices, terminations etc. on all company contracts and licenses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work together as a team and support the superiors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Secondary role \xe2\x80\x93 back up admin & procurement department when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting ad-hoc task when required.
