Job Description
In Petra Jaya Properties Sdn Bhd, we value passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. We seeking a dynamic and independent individual to join our team, who meets the requirements below: Legal Executive
- Diploma holder in any field; or
- 2 years experience in a similar position. Prefer applicants who have similar working experience in Legal Firm / Property Developer;
- Able to advise, draft and review all contracts and legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Tenancy and Leasing Agreements and other related documents;
- Familiar with property sale and loan drawdown processes, bank and government claiming processes and experience in dealing with lawyers;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce written reports and correspondence, simple spreadsheets and emails;
- Good time management, responsible and positive attitude;
- Proficient in spoken and written English
