Job Description

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of intergrity and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be willing to travel.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese will of advantage.
• No work experience required. Experienced candidate will be welcome to apply too.
• Entry Level and experienced specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with Malaysian Laws and regulatory body.
• Attending to all matters related to intellectual property.
• Conducting legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and updates.
• Liaising and monitoring all matters related to legal with regulatory bodies and clients.
• Preparing reports on legal matters as required.
• Perform other related task being ad-hoc duties, projects or even activities as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Business Development/Sales role will be assigned should the management/superior deem the individual has potential.
