Responsibilities
Drafing and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with Malaysian Laws and regulatory body.
Attending to all matters related to intellectual property.
Conducting legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and updates.
Liasing and monitoring all matters related to legal with regulatory bodies and clients.
Preparing reports on legal matters as required.
Perform other related task being ad-hoc duties, projects or even activities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Business Development/Sales role will be assigned should the management/superior deem the individual has potential to IT.
