Job Description
- Kindly state in your resume whether you planned to pursue your CLP / BPTC studies or not.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent, CLP/BPTC is not required.
- Required language(s) in speaking and writing: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
- Able to work with minimum supervision after completion of internal training
- Be a team player in legacy department.
- Assist to plan, to advise and structure the wills, trusts and related documents.
- Meet clients and give legal advice from time to time
- Attend to calls from clients / sales team for enquiries related to wills, trust and estate planning
- To conduct training sessions / webinars to sales team and public when required.
- To prepare training materials when required.
- Must be willing to learn, work hard, committed, have a positive attitude towards your work.
- Must be well-versed with the various laws and regulations related to wills, trusts, estate planning.
- Must be willing to do the paperwork involved and handle the administrative work within specific deadlines.
- Basic Salary can go up to RM4,500
