Draft, review and vet any agreements, letters and documents related to legal matters
Provide legal advisory services to the Management and internal departments
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk
Plan, coordinate, perform and document compliance risk assessments in defined legal areas
Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation, maintenance of document/data, maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
Collaborate with other divisions or departments to deal with relevant government departments for any inquiry or compliance (e.g. MPK, Customs, LHDN, Immigration
Attend and resolve any legal concerns and issues that may arise from time to time
To assist in providing training to all employees on the latest laws, rules, regulations and processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Law with minimum 1 year of working experience
