Legal Intern
Job Description
Legal Intern Assist in contract review and address legal queries from internal stakeholder. Conduct analysis on legal issues and regulatory queries. Liaise with external lawyers for the incorporation of new subsidiaries under the Company. Supports the day to day challenges of the Company\'s line of business. Help identify legal risks and alternative strategies in a defined area. Ensure documents accurately reflect business and commercial concerns and are consistent with legal obligations.
