Responsibilities
- To provide legal support for the domestic and international businesses.
- To oversee the business group secretarial documentation.
- To ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in the group.
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Strong leadership skills and strong language ability in English
- Experience in legal, corporate commercial work would be preferred
