A manufacturing company is looking for a Legal Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Provide advisory on corporate (M&A), commercial, and compliance (listing requirements) matters
Evaluate risk factors and apply risk management techniques
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements or contracts to ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s legal rights
Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Develop a group-wide standardised checklist of contracts and design legal framework
Liaise with external counsel when required

Requirements:

Law degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in handling corporate & commercial matters
Experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
