Legal Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle legal matters related to contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution with customers, contractors, and vendors.
Draft, review & negotiate SPA, tenancy, construction & commercial agreements.
Manage and advise on legal disputes, claims, and litigation.
Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions and project developments.
Provide legal risk management and support to internal departments.
What We're Looking For:
At least possess a Degree in Law (LLB) and admitted to the Malaysian Bar or equivalent with 5-7 years' experience, ideally in property development.
Solid knowledge in conveyancing, corporate & construction law.
Able to liaise effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
