Job Description
You will be participating in million-dollar tender activities, providing legal advice and assess the impact on legal issues on the business.
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the Management and assess the impact of such issues on business
- Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation (if any)
- Participate in multi-millions tender activities
- Assist directors and managers on all other aspects
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Law (LL.B)
- Admitted to the bar
- At least 3-5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-house
- Possesses litigation experiences in court/arbitration
- Familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, Sabah Employment Law, Sabah Land Law and other law related to the manufacturing and mining industry
- Ability to vet contracts in Mandarin
- Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu with occasional travel to Kudat
