Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Head, GC as liaison officer between Group Legal and relevant business/functional groups pertaining to general contract matters
• Keep abreast with latest development in law that impact RHB Banking Group non financial goods and services contracts relevant to the objectives of GC
• Keep abreast with latest development in law that has impact on any Bancassurance products and RHB Insurance Berhad
• Other matters as may be assigned by Head, Group Contracts and/or Head, Group Legal
• Overall responsible for reviewing of goods and services related contracts and documentation, products papers and provide related legal advice within agreed SLAs

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

• Min 7 years\' experience in banking documentation, conveyancing, goods and services contracts ranges from tenancies, leases, sale and purchase agreements, procurement and non-procurement goods and services contracts, Information Technology, Internet Banking, Transaction Banking and Digital related contracts, Bancassurance and Insurance matters
• Need to have good knowledge on FSA, IFSA, PDPA, CRA, CA, Bankers and Customer\'s relationship, Companies Act, Information Technology, Internet Banking and Digital related contracts, statutory provisions and relevant BNM regulations and guidelines on Banking and Financial Institution sectors.
• Need to have good knowledge on Bancassurance and Insurance related laws, rules, regulations and practices.
• High performance team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, planning and communication skills.
