Job Description



  • Providing secretarial support to lawyers.
  • Preparing and issuing letters and invoices.
  • Liaising with Court and government agencies.
  • Preparing documents, cause papers and bundles for filing in Court.
  • Maintaining and keeping file records and court attendance diary.
  • Preparing claims, making travel arrangement for lawyers.
  • Monitoring deadlines for lawyers.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / degree holder.
  • Working experience in legal firm is preferable.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
