Job Description
:
- Resolve escalated issues identified during the remediation exercise
- Monitor progress towards achieving assigned deliverables; measure and report delivery against agreed SLAs
- Manage workflow, review weekly performance vs. defined metrics
- Perform any other remediation or review exercise within Lending Operations as required
- Degree or equivalent
- Data Analysis
- Banking Operations experience (Preferably Lending Operations experience)
