Assist in all aspects of business licensing application work in accordance to local requirements and regulations.
Understand and keep up-to-date with all relevant Acts & Regulations and to ensure compliance by clients.
Filing up forms and submit application for obtaining licenses and permits.
Follow up with various professionals, agencies and department to ensure application is successful.
Liaise with clients to obtain information and reminding them promptly to provide the info.
Provide progress update to clients and assist in answering any queries that they have.
Perform both online and physical submission at counter of government agencies.
Organize and proper filing of all paperwork.
Research on how to fulfil requirements to obtain the license or permit, including visiting clients or local councils to obtain relevant information and know-how
Assist in other administrative work from time to time.
Requirement
Business admin / legal / degree / diploma or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Must be able to prioritize.
Excellent research and inquisitory skills.
