The intern will provide crucial support across various administrative and project-related tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of compliance transformation initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in compliance, regulatory technology, and training development.Administrative Support:

• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for team events and training sessions.

Project Support:

• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Help prepare project reports and presentations.
• Support the Compliance Transformation team in various project management tasks.

Invoice Management:

• Process and track invoices related to compliance projects.
• Ensure timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

E-learning & Training Support:

• Assist in developing and maintaining e-learning materials and training modules.
• Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and managing participant communications.
• Gather feedback from training participants to help improve training materials and sessions.

Ad Hoc Support:

• Provide support on special projects as assigned by the Compliance Transformation Lead.
• Assist in research and data analysis for various compliance-related topics.
• Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.
