Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Role Purpose

To undertake the maintenance, inspection, servicing, repair, replacement, rectification and certification of aircraft in accordance with company and CAAM approved methods and procedures for on time serviceability of aircraft with reference to capability of Cat A certification responsibility.

Key Accountability

• To perform and to certify under Cat A company approval, the maintenance, inspection, servicing, repair, replacement, rectification and certification on MAB and customers\' aircraft as per company, CAAM and other relevant aviation authority regulations.
• To assist Licensed Aircraft Engineer to perform maintenance activities through efficient retrieval/interpretation of aircraft maintenance documents and interphase with system in raising paperwork, clocking manhours and ordering spares.
• To perform ground technical handling, routine and non-routine maintenance and servicing check and any other maintenance activities as required on the aircraft.
• To ensure the tasks given are completed within the time frame and to inform immediate superior (LAE, LEO, Foreman) for any problem or difficulties.
• To have a clear understanding of regulations and policy governing the maintenance of aircraft at operation site.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Holder of CAAM Cat A License with minimum 2 years\' experience in the airline engineering industry, with minimum 2.5 years\' live aircraft maintenance experience in Part 145 environment.
• Holder of Valid Company QA Approval.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of all safety requirements , regulatory and performance procedures including CAAM, CAA, EASA, CASA and any other relevant regulatory bodies requirements.
• Experienced and having an approved airframe or avionics aircraft type coverage.
• Posses an innovative thinking to lead and implement projects and execute plans timely.
• Positive work attitude and efficient to track, analyze and implement continuous improvement program.

Key Challenges

• Ensuring good quality of aircraft health and target OTP.
• To ensure on time completion of Routine, Variable Routine, OOP and Base / Line maintenance check.
• To ensure all equipment and vehicles are serviceable and safe for daily operational requirement.
