We're on a mission to make the best Artisanal Low Calorie Ice Cream. Decadently satisfying, made with Halal and all natural ingredients. Ooh La La is simply a better-for-you ice cream to treat yourself to the good stuff. 

we are looking for somebody passionate about the art of churning Ice Cream to join us in our journey! 
 
Job Duties:
·                Preps ingredients and raw materials
·                Preps ice cream mix based on flavor rotation and
                  churns ice cream in our batch freezer
·                Packs and seals ice cream in pints
·                Organizes and allocates pints for daily delivery
·                Cleans up all surfaces and utensils in ice cream lab
                  after use
·                Cleans and preps ice cream churner for daily use
·                Adheres to required food safety SOPs
·                Brainstorms to come up with novel flavours or ideas
·                Performs Research & Development to test new
                  flavours, mix ins and formulations
 
Skills required:
·                Experience in culinary arts (pastry)
·                Creativity
·                Attention to detail
·                Passionate about food, flavours, and cooking
