Linehaul Assistant Operation, Spx Xpress
Job Description
: Understands and coordinates linehaul operation including staffing changes, resource and equipment management Ensures Linehaul dispatch and arrival rules are followed according to defined Company procedures Participate in route design based on forecasting orders by providing on the ground input Responsible for making, adjusting and verifying paperwork and trips are accurate Provides timely updates and reports as required Collects and organizes data as required Maintains constant communication with operations and vendors regarding the daily operation Work with LH supervisors to ensure coverage across all routes and operation Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in any field Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word , Excel and PowerPoint. Able to start immediately will be an advantage. Willing to travel across Malaysia Strong communication in both Bahasa Malaysia & English Multiple working locations: Senai, Butterworth, Kuantan
