Key Responsibilities:
Manage accident-related litigation matters from file opening to resolution and merimen system
Ensure all case deadlines are met and provide regular status updates to supervising lawyers.
Maintain accurate documentation and case records with attention to detail.
Assist with legal research, drafting, and preparation of court documents where required.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in litigation (accident) and merimen system
Able to manage the full spectrum of conveyancing processes is added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Meticulous, well-organized, and efficient in handling files.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines.
Good written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must possess own transport.
