Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Pleasant personality with strong camera presence and confidence in hosting live streams.
Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Creative, enthusiastic, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
Familiar with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Able to work during weekends or evenings for live sessions (if required).
Experience in live hosting or e-commerce marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
Live Hosting
Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.
Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, energetic, and professional manner.
Interact with viewers, answer enquiries, and encourage sales conversion.
Coordinate with the marketing and product team to plan live content, scripts, and promotions.
Monitor live stream performance, viewer engagement, and sales results.
Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns "online"
Create and manage content for social media platforms (posting, captions, short videos).
Support branding, product promotions, and festive campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest new ideas to increase visibility.
Manage basic graphic/video assets (with designer support if available).
Collaborate with influencers/KOLs and external partners when needed.
