Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in live streaming and content creation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in live streaming techniques and social media marketing strategies to effectively promote products.
• Exhibit strong content creation skills, including the ability to develop engaging and informative product presentations.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with a diverse audience.
• Capable of basic video editing to enhance the quality and appeal of live streams and recorded content.
• Proven ability to engage and interact with online audiences, fostering a sense of community and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms to showcase home linen and bedding products, demonstrating their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Create engaging and informative content, including videos and posts, for social media channels, highlighting new arrivals, promotions, and styling tips.
• Present products effectively during live streams and recorded videos, ensuring accurate and appealing representation of product details, dimensions, materials, and care instructions.
• Interact with the audience during live sessions, responding to questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community to enhance engagement and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with overall marketing goals and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and refine video content to ensure high-quality production, incorporating branding elements, music, and graphics to create visually appealing and professional presentations.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content innovation and audience growth, adapting strategies to stay relevant and competitive in the market.
