Job Description

Shapee is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and camera-confident individual to join our digital team as a

Live Host & eCommerce Assistant

. This role plays a vital part in our online brand presence -- combining

on-screen selling

,

customer engagement

, and

support for our growing affiliate community

. You'll be responsible for executing daily online store operations, managing live sessions on TikTok and Shopee, responding to customer chats, and assisting with influencer/affiliate activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Livestream Hosting

Host engaging and confident

live selling sessions

on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee LIVE, or Instagram Demonstrate products with clarity, authenticity, and energy Interact with viewers, answer questions in real-time, and drive live conversions Coordinate with marketing and design teams for live schedule, script, and content flow Report performance of each live and suggest ideas for improvement
Customer Service & Chat Response

Manage daily customer inquiries across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify) Ensure chat response rate and SLA meet platform KPIs (especially on Shopee & TikTok Shop) Handle pre- and post-sales questions, exchange/refund queries, and general support professionally Work closely with warehouse and courier partners to solve fulfilment issues
eCommerce Operations

Upload and maintain product listings - pricing, descriptions, stock, and photos Support campaign setup (vouchers, bundles, discount mechanics) during online promotions Coordinate with the warehouse team on order fulfilment and stock planning Monitor store health and seller centre dashboards
Affiliate Programme Support

Assist in onboarding, briefing, and supporting influencers / affiliates Track affiliate performance and coordinate with marketing on monthly incentives Help create and share affiliate marketing materials (codes, visuals, scripts) Engage with affiliate partners to build brand loyalty and advocacy

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or relevant field 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, live selling, or customer service preferred

Confident on camera

with clear articulation and approachable energy Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and basic Seller Centre functions Strong written and verbal communication (BM, English; Mandarin is a plus) Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passionate about helping customers and building relationships online Basic design/Canva skills or social media savvy is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
