Camera Confidence : Comfortable and engaging in front of camera
Skills : Excellent selling, public speaking, and product presentation skills
Attitude : Disciplined, team-oriented, eager to learn, and target-driven

What's your role?
Host Live Streams : Conduct TikTok and Shopee platforms on a daily basis
Hands & Voice Presentation : Go live using only your hands and voice - no need to appear on camera
Audience Engagement : Interact with customers throughout live broadcast / livestream
Performance Delivery : Maintain high energy, consistency, and a strong on-screen presence throughout the session
Grow Viewership : Drive efforts to increase live streaming
Additional Responsibilities : Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
