Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (Commission Provided)
Working Days & Hours:

1st Shift: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM 2nd Shift: 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM 3rd Shift: 3.00 PM - 12.00 AM
Location: 03A-05, D'Pandan Business Square, Avenue 2, Ampang, 68000 Selangor

Notes:
1) Required to work on Saturdays based on shift schedule.
2) Shift rotation occurs every two weeks.

Job Scope

1) Host engaging live sessions on TikTok to promote and sell the company's perfume products.
2) Interact with audiences in real-time, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
3) Create entertaining and persuasive content to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
4) Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute effective live session campaigns.
5) Monitor audience engagement and feedback to continuously improve live session quality.
6) Maintain consistent brand representation and messaging during live streams.
7) Stay up-to-date with live-selling trends and apply best practices to maximize conversion rates.
8) Assist in generating and managing sales leads from live sessions for follow-up and closing.
9) Plan content and scripts by researching latest trends, customer preferences, and planning promotional themes.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience in live streaming or hosting is an advantage.
2) Outgoing and engaging personality with confidence in front of the camera.
3) Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
4) Basic knowledge of TikTok live-selling trends preferred.
5) Goal-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset.
