Position: Live Host (Remote Work)
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200
Location: No. 19, Jalan Mahagoni 5A, Bandar Utama, 44300 Batang Kali, Selangor
Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Monday Rest Day)
Working Hours: 6 Hours Daily (Flexible)
1) Live Streaming Management
Host and manage live streaming sessions on various social media platforms according to the company's schedule.
Maintain a lively, energetic, and engaging presence to attract and retain viewers.
Present products in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner to drive sales and conversions.
2) Audience Engagement
Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation.
Build a positive and engaging atmosphere during live sessions to boost audience loyalty.
3) Product Display & Shopping Cart Management
Set up and manage the "yellow bag" (shopping cart) feature to ensure products are displayed correctly during live streams.
Update product listings and descriptions to align with promotions and campaigns.
4) Digital Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including running and monitoring paid advertisements on social media.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement and sales.
5) Analytics & Performance Tracking
Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze live session performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports to provide insights for future live streaming improvements.
6) Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to plan engaging content, promotions, and live session strategies.
Contribute ideas to improve the overall live streaming experience and marketing outcomes.
7) Technical Setup & Maintenance
Ensure all live streaming equipment such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and internet connections are properly set up and functioning smoothly before and during live sessions.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to avoid disruption.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera with a lively and interactive personality.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising on social platforms.
Familiar with using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with audiences effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, especially in a remote work environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for live streaming and social media trends.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
