Job Description

Responsibilities



Key Account Relationship Management

-Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients, including major distributors and retailers across the Southeast Asian region. -Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their needs and provide customized, value-driven solutions.

Achieving Sales Targets

-Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans tailored to key accounts, ensuring the achievement of set revenue and growth targets. -Collaborate with clients to optimize product portfolios, driving increased sales and market share.

Order and Inventory Management

-Oversee and process orders from channel partners, ensuring seamless order-to-delivery operations. -Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Business Negotiation and Contract Management

-Lead business negotiations with key accounts, covering terms of collaboration, pricing structures, and annual agreements. -Manage and oversee client contracts, track their implementation, and address any related issues promptly.

Market and Business Analysis

-Analyze sales performance and market trends for key accounts to identify growth opportunities and improve business strategies. -Monitor competitor activities and adjust key account strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Internal Coordination and Support



-Liaise with internal teams, such as logistics, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure key accounts receive exceptional support and service. -Address after-sales issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirement



1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or a related role. 3. Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics sectors is highly desirable. 4. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 5. Strong sales planning and execution capabilities with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. 6. High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills to adapt to dynamic market conditions. 7. Problem-solving expertise with the ability to address challenges proactively and creatively. 8. Fluent in English both speaking &writing is a must. Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus. 9. Open to frequent domestic business travel to support business needs. 10. Demonstrates resilience under pressure and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
