JOB DESCRIPTION:

Livestream Strategy & Sales

Plan and execute TikTok, Shopee, and SG livestream schedules. Set GMV/conversion targets and track performance analytics. Analyze metrics to refine strategy and improve conversion. Align livestreams with major sales events. Test new formats to boost engagement and sales.
Talent Management (Hosts & KOLs)

Recruit, train, and manage live hosts and KOLs. Provide product knowledge, scripts, and engagement tactics. Develop host performance scorecards. Negotiate KOL deals and affiliate commissions. Maintain a roster of hosts/KOLs by product category.
Technical & Production

Oversee studio setup (lighting, sound, staging) for quality output. Coordinate with videography/editing teams. Ensure correct tagging, scripts, and platform compliance. Manage inventory accuracy for livestream back-end systems.
Campaigns & Platform Partnerships

Work with platform managers for campaign inclusion and traffic boosts. Negotiate participation in mega campaigns and vouchers. Propose platform collaborations and special live events. Monitor competitors and identify winning formats.
Cross-Department Collaboration

Align with Marketing on creative and promotional assets. Coordinate with Ops/Warehouse for stock readiness. Work with Finance on incentives, payouts, and campaign cost tracking.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, live-commerce, or digital marketing (TikTok/Shopee preferred). Proven ability to drive livestream GMV growth. Comfortable working on set and handling real-time broadcasts. Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage. Willing to travel regionally for campaigns or training.
