Job Description

: Develop, implement and execute seller and user growth strategies for Shopee Live. Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimise existing practices. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders (i.e. Business Development, Business Intelligence, Operations and cross-functional Marketing teams) to drive new seller initiatives and improve growth strategies. Build and maintain daily performance reports, including driving cost optimisation for various marketing initiatives. Gather, analyse and synthesise data to uncover insights, opportunities and make actionable recommendations. Support leads generation & acquisition of high-value seller to join and start livestreaming on Shopee Live. Support ideation, execution & tracking of initiatives to acquire new livestreamers for Shopee. Manage internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison for newly acquired and top livestreamers. Responsible for managing relationships with sellers post-acquisition including providing support to onboard sellers to Shopee and Shopee Live. Identify gaps, trends, and topline opportunities, and explore innovative approaches to achieve growth ambition. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business / Marketing or other relevant fields of studies. Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably within consulting, project management, marketing, or e-commerce field. Experience in driving seller and user growth initiatives across online and offline digital channels in a fast-paced environment. Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. Independent thinker and a solid team player. Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. Able to multitask and work with tight deadlines. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid experience in analysing large and complex data sets with strong inference skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact. Experience in managing a small team is a plus. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English).
