Job Description


: Build long term trust relationships with brands and sellers, to best adopt and utilise Shopee Live features and initiatives Create, pitch and optimise livestream package to existing and prospective customers Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction Drive towards agreed GMV and monetize targets and outcomes, within timelines Coordinate with team members and cross-function departments e.g production team and visibility team Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Continuously improve through feedback Requirements: Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management least 2-4 years of experience in Key Account and Sales Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Prioritising, time management and organisational skills highly organised and detail-oriented Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills Self-initiate and can-do attitude person Possess analytical and problem solving skills Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
