Responsible for the smooth operation of the services.
Process new diet orders or diet changes as required and update accordingly.
Assist patients in making proper selections according to prescribed diet.
Assist to check each patient's meal at the end of meal assembly process to make sure food is served as ordered.
Maintain high standards in quality of food procedure, production and services, economical use of labour and food and training of kitchen staff.
Supervise food preparation process and food services for patients
Maintain standards of sanitation and safety equipment being used.
Responsible in handling procurement process
Perform any other duties as and when required by the management
Requirement
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. Candidate with experience in F&B field or posses Degree/Diploma in Food Service Management is an extra advantage
Good working attitudes and excellence communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with internally
Highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality work in time
