Part-time hours: 15 per week Salary: RM600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Conducting individual and group counselling sessions with clients to help them address their mental health concerns and work towards their goals.
- Providing crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on the client\'s individual needs and goals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
- Providing referrals to other mental health professionals or community resources as needed.
- Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of counselling practice.
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, as needed to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Providing education and support to clients\' families and loved ones as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
- A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in counselling or a related field.
- Registration or certification with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.
- Experience working as a counsellor, preferably in a clinical or mental health setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of various counselling theories, techniques, and modalities.
- Familiarity with mental health diagnoses and treatment options.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different work environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to counselling practice.

- Counsellor License from Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (Required)
