Job Description


:

  • To liaise closely with other departments / transporters to arrange for delivery and shipment in timely manner.
  • To work closely with production team to ensure orders are ready for delivery.
  • To provide general administrative support such as Delivery Order, Packing List, etc.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Microsoft office - Excel, Words
  • Experience in using any accounting system, for e.g., SQL.
