To liaise closely with other departments / transporters to arrange for delivery and shipment in timely manner.
To work closely with production team to ensure orders are ready for delivery.
To provide general administrative support such as Delivery Order, Packing List, etc.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
(Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Microsoft office - Excel, Words
Experience in using any accounting system, for e.g., SQL.
