Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding spare parts delivery timelines and expedite requests.
Coordinate and follow up with regional warehouses to ensure timely shipments and meet order fulfillment performance targets. Liaise with purchasing and production teams to align on material availability and delivery schedules.
Monitor and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), supplier and production purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery to the spares warehouse.
Proactively address and escalate issues such as material shortages, delays, or schedule disruptions.
Maintain and update expedite tracking systems (e.g., QuickBase) with accurate order status and changes. Reschedule Stock Transfer Purchase Orders (STPOs) and Re-ATP Sales Orders based on current material availability and supplier commitments in SAP.
Support timely escalation and resolution processes to meet customer and internal delivery commitments.
