Job Description


Job Responsibility Planning, directing and coordinating the sales activities of the organization Planning and directing daily operations Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenue, and improve profitability of the organization Perform sales activities for major accounts and at the same time develop and generate new sales accounts or new opportunities to the organization Planning, administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services and maintaining good customer relations Monitoring customer service, payments and administration costs Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities Directing merchandising methods by coordinating the work of salespersons to successfully close business Leading and managing the activities of sales staff Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff Establishing and managing budgets and controllingexpenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources Representing the department in its dealings with other divisions of the organization Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct review on the progress of sales staffs Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed Responsible on payment collection from customers Prepare and provide monthly KPI report Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time They must from freight forwarding background. Sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing and haulage service industry. Possess knowledge of the industry market. Good grasp of the terminology and concepts of the industry. Able to bring in new customer for the company. Salary range open for discussion because sales position entitled for commission. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics/supply chain or equivalent qualification Experience in operations / logistic managerial positions in sizable companies Experience in B2B & B2C logistics and leading logistics projects independently Experience in Sales Manager position at least 3 years Self-motivated with a positive attitude and mindset and willing to take on challenges Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels Exceptional organizational skills to set priorities, multitask and meet deadline The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a must Job Benifits KWSP and SOCSO Annual and Medical Leave all the benefits according Labour Law
