Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities.
To plan, manage and execute weekly Driver's Allocation to ensure smooth execution.
To monitor and manage sampling stocks level and accessories condition.
Warehouse clearance - Disposal and goods return exercise.
Liaise with 3rd party transportation arrangement.
Verify third party invoice before submission to Finance Department.
Ensure sampling booth and props condition are in good condition before, during and after execution.
To groom and equip subordinates with knowledge via experience sharing, led by example, problem solving and decision-making process.
To ensure proper Delivery Order filing.
To ensure all Logistics Team carry out their duty in an organized fashion, timely, accurate and professionally.
To manage Warehouse Finance i.e. Petty Cash, Lorry Maintenance, Purchasing Claims, etc.
Always implement health and safety procedures.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with external agencies & suppliers.
Full coordination and report to MDs related to Logistics operation weekly and monthly report for Logistics, inventory and sales closing report.
Conduct briefing with warehouse staff.
Resolve problems concerning transportation and logistics system.
Ensure regular reporting to MD of performance measures and ensuring corrective actions are executed swiftly in each area where levels fail to meet targeted standard.
Client Service Department
To liaise and advise CS accordingly on delivery and collection charges & timing, sampling stocks & accessories requirements to ensure smooth logistical execution.
To update accordingly on sampling stocks level and accessories condition.
To provide timely balance report on a monthly basis or after a campaign.
Operations Department
To provide weekend logistics support on missing items, faulty equipment and sampling stocks replenishment.
To collaborate with Operations personnel on outlet arrangements i.e. change of outlet Rules & Regulations, sampling agency storage area and other outlet-logistics matter.
Outstation Logistic Department
To liaise with Outstation Logistics personnel on sampling stocks, accessories, POSM, etc. replenishment.
Monitor and assist in managing transfers or return of sampling stocks, accessories, etc.
To ensure proper documentation and timely submission of Delivery Orders and Monthly Balances Report.
To provide support on Outstation Delivery Order via SQL.
Third Party Logistics
To liaise with 3rd party transporter on pick-up from Central Warehouse to delivery to Branches.
To ensure proper documentation of Invoices from 3rd party logistics.
Event Coordinator Department
To arrange or coordinate timing of delivery and collection of events.
To provide support on event setup at venue or placement.
Uniform Department
To liaise with Uniform personnel on collection or drop-off of Uniforms or other props.
Training Department
To liaise with Trainers on training materials i.e. Samples, Accessories, Props, POSM, etc.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates are required to possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistic Management.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
Minimum 4 years of experience in Warehousing /Logistics.
Possess strong working operational experience and work on own initiative.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong leadership qualities.
Salary Range : RM 4,000 - RM6, 000
